Home Sweet Home....

....for the next 4 days, but hopefully no more than that (Covid tests permitting). Yes, we are doing it all again, went overseas and now have to be in MIQ (managed isolation) on our return. Unfortunately, due to the only available timing this includes Xmas Day !

On the positive side, this time we know what to expect, and I have to say the Novotel Auckland airport is streets ahead of the Crown Plaza we endured last time. The staff are great, the systems efficient, and the food is actually edible. A few nice extras for Xmas too, bubbles and other treats. One of the best events of the day was the negative day 1 Covid test, meaning we could go out to the exercise area (in the photo) on a daily basis - yay!
