Step Target

I headed over to Heckmondwike for a podiatry appointment with Joanne and was very impressed with the care and attention provided. With all the running and walking my feet get quite a battering. I came away walking on air.

I spent a couple of hours tidying and vacuuming the house this afternoon and, in the process managed to break the Dyson upright. Fortunately we have a Dyson cordless and a Dyson cylinder as back-up.

Desperately short of my 10,000 step target, I set off up to the moor at dusk. This is the only photo of the day - taken minutes after 4:00 pm.
