Another event

Checked off the list:
This is the advents calendar that I bought this year. Coming from a farm (Stone hollow farmstead) , made from solid wood, it offered a big variety of products made on the farm behind each cardboard door.
Oils, vinegars, spices, corn, chutney, jams, apple butter etc. Next year I can fill all those little boxes for hubby.
The day was so typical for Christmas: we ate too much, lazed around, watched too much tv and enjoyed our gifts.
Outside there was an icecold wind and frequent hailstorms, so we did not need a lot of convincing to stay inside …
