It was a damp start to the day and we cleared a very large puddle from the parkrun finish straight.

Co Ed tested positive and joined Andrew in being unable to make it. I plodded round with Jo avoiding a tumble

Mr RIU collected Pa for lunch. He had wrapped .e a chocolate orange like my mum always did.

A relatively quiet day, we ate well and shared a bottle or two .

I'm not a fan of pictures of myself but having coerced Pa into having his picture taken, it seems right to record it here.
