Fabulous in High Heels

Tonight at WI Sarah Toner travelled from London to promote her book 'Fabulous in High Heels' and to give us a master class of how to walk in high heels! She is a ballerina and possibly the loveliest speaker we have had in the 4 years I've been a WI member!

I now know how to warm up my feet and how to hold myself correctly, I can also blame poor craftsmanship for not being able to walk comfortably in the shoe on the left!
