Had a virtual unwrap party for the book today - or rather two of us did, thanks to the ineptitude of TNT, my copy was stuck in a depot in Mississauga. Anyway, the two Andys had their advance copies from the printer and so I was able to watch on as they unwrapped and struggled to life the box off the floor.

It marks the endpoint of two years of work... countless rewrites and corrections; 250,000 words, 980 pages; 5,000 images and captions... the book weighs almost 5kg and is available from Amazon. All proceeds go the the LFC Foundation.
