90's street style revival

Being a teenager in the 90's was a bit of a blessing for me style-wise. Grunge (a type of anti fashion that the media stuck a handy label on, a bit like Punk) emerged, US Hip-hop street-style was popular and (to my utter delight)neon was exploding everywhere.

All of this thrown together suited my weird, moody but ultimately outgoing personality really well. Bands like TLC, NWA, Nirvana,Garbage, and shows like The Fresh Prince, My So Called Life, and Daria really influenced me and still do actually.

It's the first time I've experienced a period of fashion that I once wore coming around again with todays teenagers. Makes me feel old but happy.
