Old and new(er)

An unexpectedly sunny day allowed a return trip to Kinneil House and Estate with L.   The winter light was beautiful.

This is the ruin of the old Kinneil Church with the top of a sculpture in the foreground celebrating the church as a focal point for sailors navigating the Forth Estuary.

In extras is a jumble of gothic branches rising from the pond.
