Father/Son

I've taken many versions of this portrait of Mr S and his son over the years. I try to remember to always put them in the same relative places, but, memory being what it is, I have a 50% chance of getting it right.  There is also a series of Mr S and his father, every visit documented with a dual portrait. 

It's cold here, as you may intuit from all the gear these guys are wearing. A and his wife had just packed the car for their return trip to LA, and we were all hoping they had good weather for the trip. There certainly is enough rain and snow and covid disturbance to upset a lot of travel plans, but they had a clear way home. It's oddly still here now and we are adjusting back to our own quiet rhythm after a very full week.
