An elephant never forgets…..

Unlike a blipper.  I was in the middle of stirring my sprout risotto* when I remembered I’d not blipped.  So here is an elephant, but not just any old elephant; a perspex LED colour changing elephant!  One of three; the others are a Christmas tree and a Scottie dog.

*Its not just sprouts.  There’s shallots, garlic, bacon, mushrooms, turkey, parmesan…..
