What a difference a day makes
24 little hours
Brought the sun and the flowers
Where there used to be rain

Actually, it was the other way round.  After a lovely bright cold day yesterday, today was wet, windy and thoroughly unpleasant.  We didn't go very far and ended up spending the afternoon reading and then watching an old Clint Eastwood film, 'In the line of fire', which we enjoyed.  This morning we took down some of the decorations; the tree will stay until January 1st but some of the other clutter has gone.  In the process, I realised we'd never lit this ornament which spins from the heat of the candle, so it got lit for blip purposes.
