Home again …

… for Flower Friday.

But posted waaaaaay toooo late on December 30, 2021! Sorry Anni!

We were up, dressed, pack up and on the road by 9:30 today with thankfully clear skies.  What a difference a day makes.  We were home by around 4:00 in the afternoon even after stopping at Costco on the way.  It was awesome seeing our cats welcome us home … although we had to find and coax Kiera out of hiding!

We were even home in time for me to sit on the back deck for some chippy pictures.  How I missed all them and the squirrels.  I also wandered around the backyard looking at the flowers still in bloom. The Mexican Torch flower is still quite lovely with loads of blooms.

It's great being back home again!

Most unusual license plate seen: Alaska!! I like to keep track of all the different license plates and determine the one that’s the furthest from our location and Alaska was definitely the winner! We saw this plate whilst at Mabry Mill in Virginia.
