Thursday: Snowy Beach

You may well notice that this picture is taken…….outside!! Yes, our isolation is done, we’re both now showing negative and Covid is done. Well, bar the taste thing but we won’t dwell on that.

We had a lot of snow last night so we headed down to the beach today to see what the mountains looked like.  It was chilly but refreshing after a week in the house.  For lunch, we went to our local Chinese noodle place and ordered the spiciest thing on the menu we could find.

The plumber didn’t come today.  We got a call to say he might be able to make it on Monday.  We asked if there was any way he could come earlier as we’d been without water and heat for five days.  They said he couldn’t as all the other cases were emergencies.  We then mentioned the toilets……….so they’re now going to try and come tomorrow……
