new year's day walk

2022 started with a warm and sunny day (see extra). We went for a lovely walk around Arthur's Seat, up the Royal Mile and home again. On the High Road I spotted this caterpillar. I reckon it might be a ruby tiger moth caterpillar. A good if unexpected start of the year.
