Games night ....

Usual routine,cattle to feed etc. Windy but very mild,more calves to treat for pneumonia. Same old,same old.
Downed tools mid morning to nip in to town to collect Littlemiss from her pals house where they had a wee Hogmanay party last night,all very sensible with lateral flow tests all round first.
Back home then nipped down to next door farm to first foot our neighbours,keeping up a tradition that started when I used to go with my Dad as a wee boy 40 odd years ago. Was good to have a coffee and a chat and put the world to rights
Back home and back out to finish feeding up then a quick dog walk.
After tea time , dug out this draughts board that I made aged 10. Littlemiss then proceeded to give me a thrashing as usual eventually beating me 4-1
Also came across some jigsaws in a cupboard so we made them as well while watching a James Bond film. As usual they had bits missing,but managed to get the general idea. Another Christmas tradition.
