Derelict Sunday

Here's my first DS blip of 2022 with thanks as always to Marlieske for hosting.

It was such a lovely day we took granddog Oona to the beach again - this time to Blyth beach which is super - I don't know why we don't go there more often. There's 2 miles of excellent sand, backed by dunes, stretching from Seaton Sluice to the outskirts of Blyth, so we parked the car at Seaton Sluice and walked to Blyth and back, enjoying delicious fish & chips by the beach at the turnaround point.

I think we managed to tire Oona out at last - she must have run at least 3 times the distance we walked, chasing her ball over & over again!

Part way along the beach is this old broken sewer pipe - a useful find for Derelict Sunday. (I'm pretty certain it's disused now!)
