Useful Gift....!!

Just part of my Christmas presents from my Son & girlfriend..these beeswax wrappers are really brilliant..!
And we all need to be mindful of both looking after the bee population and using less plastic...!
I love presents that are useful to me in the kitchen....!!!

I also discovered my Blue Cheese was up to date today so had to have some....probably not to everyone’s taste and for me very odd....as a child I wouldn’t touch or eat cheese of any kind..!! No matter how I was cajoled ....so the discovery of the deliciousness of cheese as an adult was a revelation...
I now Love it......and the variety of wonderful artisan Irish cheese that is available is a real treat. I still don’t like cheese that has been ‘processed’ in any shape or form..!!!
