Bro decided recently and most reluctantly that he ought to sell his much loved Vespa, but was delighted and relieved today when a potential buyer, who viewed last Friday, called to say he'd decided not to go ahead. 

My day consisted of an hour's online tutoring, continuing the annual New Year's chore of putting away Christmas, while watching an interesting documentary about Michael Caine on BBC2 followed by 'The Ipcress File',  and then 'The Eagle has Landed'. Bro came mid Michael Caine Fest, for more bedroom furniture assembly activities but ended up in front of the TV too, and my niece came for some advice editing her UCAS application personal statement. Dinner with bro, and now it's back to TV for company while I tackle the tree.
