Creating A Dynamic Ceramic

Today's image is of a ceramic plate that I bought my brother for Christmas from Store 104 in Rochester to add to the collection that he started with the 'Dragon Goddess' (see previous blip 11th December). I just love the red glaze, the shapes and the wonderful design.
These pieces are by a brilliant local potter called Sarah Crouch who takes her influences from North and South Native American designs and graphic styles from the 1950's and 1960's.
