Fish

No plans today so we decided to go to the coast.  We started with a visit to the fish mongers to stock up on fish.  No cod, but tuna, swordfish, salmon and scallops.  Nothing locally sourced (apart from maybe scallops?).  We put the fish in the boot and walked to Folkestone.  Interesting to see the development to the town centre and impressed with the harbour changes.  Lovely cup of (expensive) coffee but we took our own cake.  I was tired by the time we got back to the car and called into Waitrose for Coleslaw to go with yesterday’s cold pork.  Easy dinner and a relaxing evening.  Fish for dinner tomorrow.
