A distant rumble
Woke me from my deep slumber
It’s Tuesday - bin day

:-)

The extra was on my early morning walk with Bella. It was icy underfoot and I stomped through the surface ice on the puddles - very satisfying!
The views are of Hellifield village from the tops and with Pendle Hill in the far distance.

We came down to the boat. It was freezing cold but Frank lit the stove straight away and now we’re toasty. Bella has sat outside all day watching the canal world go by. Only one boat went past but lots of walkers on the opposite side. We had to go shopping as we had no tea bags and bought a few other things we needed so we’ll survive till the market on Friday.
It’s been a beautiful day!
Blipping isn’t so easy on the boat as the signal is very iffy and sometimes non existent so bear with!
