So happy to see it

Although it’s not a good photo at all, I wanted to show this because it’s such good news. The heron has reappeared in a place I thought I’d never see it again. It’s about 100 yards from Temple Meads station on one side, and about 200 yards on the other side from the huge building site where the tower block is being built. Both really noisy and full of humans. I thought it’s habitat was lost, but wonderfully, it’s just adapted, and moved down a bit:-))
