Theremin and Werkstatt

There on the left is my Christmas present from my elder daughters, my twentieth century babies, and on the right is a gift to myself.

The first is a Theremin, reputedly the only musical instrument that you can play without touching it. This model - something of an obscure classic - has just the one antenna, which controls pitch as you wave a hand in its vicinity.

The other is a Moog Werkstatt, and, all things being equal, I am going to assemble that tomorrow.
