It is assembled!

Not too difficult: no soldering, for example. A little fiddly at times, but no worse than that. And then there was the pleasure of connecting it to an amplifier and messing around with sound.

In other news, rather than doggedly hanging on until January 5th - as I have done in other years and will, no doubt, do again - I took down the Christmas tree and all the decorations, today, and restored the living room to it's non-festive form. It looks oddly van Gogh-y, doesn't it? (See Extra)
