Who's this character?

He's the chap who's had a nice alcohol-free evening, and who's just thinking about heading to bed.

While we were away in Johnshaven, I ready Adrian Chiles' 'The Good Drinker: How I Learned to Love Drinking Less', which encouraged me to build on last year's 'two (consecutive) drink free days per week' and even to go a bit further. Thanks, Adrian.

* 'sauber' actually means 'clean' but I'm pretty sure that's where we get 'sober' from.
