A sheet of ice

I was hesitant to even go out the door today because there's so much ice, but I needed fresh air (and a blip). I walked mostly on the places where there was more snow, very crunchy, but less chance of slipping. I didn't dare step on the driveway so walked around the edge of the field on the right and over to where the snow had melted under the trees at the edge of the driveway, crossed it there, then walked back on the field to the left. I checked out the road too, which was very icy. I didn't stay out for long, so cold and I hadn't dressed as warmly as I would have to go for a proper walk. It's started to snow again and we're expecting a fair bit overnight. Another possible snow blip tomorrow then.  :-)
