Sandford Mill, Chelmsford

A much needed early afternoon walk, regardless of the bitter cold and grey skies, brought me to the houseboats moored on the canal down by Sandford mill.  Quite a few walkers out and about, but I need boots if I"m going to walk there again, it's so muddy!

Other than that it was a quiet day. Bro took the car for its M.O.T. at lunchtime so it's shanks's pony for 48 hours and a quiet evening ahead as he is out and about and it's TV and knitting for me.
