Like A Big-A Pizza Pie...

Only four days into the new year and this is already my first emergency blip!
I love a take away pizza as much as the next man but sometimes I just enjoy making my own. Calling it 'homemade' would be stretching it bit - I use a shop bought Italian flatbread as the base and the topping is then a combination of a tin of tomatoes mixed with sun dried tomato paste, some chargrilled chicken slices, mozzarella, fresh basil, grated parmesan and a drizzle of olive oil. Ten minutes in the oven at gas mark 8 and et voila - or should that be e questo e tutto! (that might be completely wrong - I just looked up the Italian equivalent of et voila online! :-) )
