First ride (Day 2435)

The weather forecast said the weather would improve this afternoon, so my beautiful wife and I had a bit of a slow morning.
We had a trip to Stromness to check on the horses, during which we were pelted with hailstones, then had a bit of an early lunch at home. I stuck on all of my waterproofs before we ventured to Lyde to get out with Sigyn. The waterproofs did the trick and we had a mostly sunny, dry walk.
A brief stop at home then back to Stromness to get out our first ride of the year. It was just a short one, but so good to be back on George. I reckon he and Red were really pleased to be out. Extra of George's lugs since he only managed to get his huge rump in the main pic.
Off for food and a catch-up with C&S this evening.
