Gilly B's Window Display

Wintery showers this morning, but cleared up.  A flat calm evening, and frosty.

Last early shift of the week.  The airport was snow closed this morning, due to ice on the runway.  We finally got going, but both Aberdeen and Edinburgh were delayed.  A big delay with Glasgow, looked like the city had a lot of snow this morning, the flight finally arrived.  I was on the check-in desk all day.  Popped by Madeline's on my way home.  Mam, dad, Laura and Shaun came over tonight.  We also had a training walk with Ollie, he was a good boy.  If I can stay awake after 10pm, I might try a pint. 

Christmas seems so last year now, and becoming a distant memory.  There is the odd house still with festive lights on outside, and the odd shop with a Christmas display in the window, like this peerie (small) shop.  Gilly B is a talented lady, and a lovely lady too.  I have a few bits of her work now, just love it.  Her window display was for Christmas, but it could stay up a while yet.  Taken at 1 Meadowfield Road, Scalloway.
