Feeding

Gloomy, wet Saturday morning.  After late breakfast made cauliflower and potato curry.  Did take the hound out for a drizzly walk.   We didn't get too wet and the hound revels in a warm towel dry.  Made lentil dhal. Took photos from the kitchen window of the bird feeder.  New visitor is the coal tit. Adds to bluetit, great tit and long-tailed tit.  Also noticed this week the return of the black cap.  It would be great if they all make an appearance for the annual public bird count at the end of January.  Past observations have yielded very limited species and numbers.
