Crab for dinner

and very tasty it was too. 

I think the first time I've "properly" eaten crab, straight from the shell and making plenty of mess along the way. I had been avoiding it, but gentle encouragement from my companions and a showing of the proper way soon had me started. 

A day of changes, waking up in Vegas and then taking the short flight up to San Fransisco. its early to be making impressions, but so far it ticks many boxes that had been left empty on the Vegas scoresheet . . .
