Allotment produce

Made scotch broth with the leeks and swede, together with our carrots, onions and potatoes along with soup mix that bubbled away in the cauldron on the stove. I made enough for 6 portions.

Have you ever put salmon pieces into scotch broth? It transforms it, especially honey smoked.

Pottered this afternoon while Susan visited her mum. Some cases of covid amongst the staff so everyone has to be ultra careful.
