It pays to follow the rules

The other week I mentioned we had a a new handrail fitted by the path up to the front door. My blip of 18 December recorded the need for the temperature for painting to be a minimum of 10oC.

On that day it was still and warm. But not warm enough. As the blip shows the paint reacted not only to the cold but the cold mist which December that night.

A few days later I managed to paint a couple of removable sections indoors and the extra shows the difference.

All of which reinforces today’s news that rules should be observed!
