Good night

It might take him a while to get there most nights, but once asleep he is very peaceful. No doubt he will come trotting through to our bed any time between 1 and 4 am. 

A visit to hospital for the husband today (with me as duty driver), all is well. Home for delicious bacon sandwich for lunch (fresh bread rolls from the baker, smoked back bacon from the butcher - scrummy).

I decided to write off getting anything g meaningful done work-wise, so took the dog out before collecting the boys.

Swimming this evening, both did well.
