Wednesday: Still Up

Apparently we had another ‘atmospheric river’ today.  K. and I commented that, in our day, it was just called ‘heavy rain’.  Anyway, it stopped by the time I finished work so I took a spin around the block.  Given that we have not yet taken the tree down I felt better when I saw that this house still had its lights up.  In our defence, we haven’t been here to take it down but that excuse won’t wash for much longer.

The dryers are still churning away.  We strongly suspect that the next battle will be getting them taken away.  That’s ok, I’ve grown quite fond of the humming white noise.
