Abstract: Natural Shapes
Giving abstract Thursday another go! I refuse to give up on abstract photography and continue to work on getting better. I’m practicing on days other than Thursday, too. Ingeborg’s theme is natural shapes. I hope these rocks with their natural cracks creating their own natural shapes qualifies.
Pondering…when are large rocks considered to be boulders? Must they be in Colorado?
Note to self: learn how to say no.
I have a church thing this evening (I have an excess of church things for someone who hasn’t been to mass since October 2019). Then I finally get to begin preparing for my winter mountain retreat. I need to pack the car tonight so I can leave after physical therapy. I can’t wait to get up there to do nothing. Even less than normal!

A climber fell off a cliff and as he tumbled down caught hold of a small branch.
“Help! Is there anyone up there?“ he shouted.
A majestic voice boomed through the gorge: “I will help you, my son, but you must have faith in me.“
“Yes, yes, I trust you!” cried the man.
“Let go of the branch,“ the voice boomed.
There was a long pause, then the man shouted up again, “Is there anyone else up there?”
