Blackcurrant crumble

This was a real emergency….both for Blip and a Friday pudding treat. Fortunately there was home grown fruit in the freezer and after a bit of consideration I decided on the blackcurrants rather than the plums and ended up with this.  I had meant to photograph the crumble in my dish along with the Mackies ice cream….but I forgot. So here we have leftovers, ready for tomorrow.
