Another day, another waterfront ....

.... and another house viewing.  Today we were revisiting the last house we saw back in November.  We liked it then, but really didn't expect it to be still available now.  A part of me wonders what's wrong with it, why does no-one else want to buy it?

Our visit today confirmed our liking, but we are seeing another house tomorrow.

Afterwards, we drove into New Ross, parked up by the river whilst we had a bite of lunch, then decided that we should use the EV charger.  We had considered a walk in Inistioge, but in the end we were tired and just returned to the cottage.

In extras, a poster.  Perhaps there was only wine and cheese, no cake, in No 10, that would explain Boris Johnson's confusion.  And a view from the bathroom of the hills, lit up beautifully for the third day in succession.
