From Wetherlam
Thank you all so much for your comments, stars and faves on yesterdays Blip - it even made the top of the favourites page - I must be improving!
Heavy cloud in the north Lakes today, but the forecast was clearing around the Coniston area by lunchtime. We drove down to Tilberthwaite and added Wetherlan, Swirl How and Great Carrs to our second lap of the Wainwrights. We certainly picked the best location, as we had pretty decent weather, and managed the odd patch of light on the fells around us. The main pic is the sun reflecting off the sea in Morcambe Bay, and some lovely sunbeams in the foreground. The extra shows a patch of sun on a crag in front of Crinckle Crags.
