Metalwork

Around the squares and streets of central Edinburgh there are acres of houses and buildings with railings and balconies of iron, all painted black. Some of the more ornate have lights as well of various heights, some suspended over metal archways at the bottom of the steps leading up to the entrance. All very grand.

This was Friday lunchtime's blip, looking on to Regent Terrace. The weather was again bitterly cold, finger-numbing. I have had to back-blip this I'm afraid - we had friends staying last night and I didn't get a chance to get to the computer before midnight, so thought I would do it today....

LARGE - it's worth it....
