The Monday Reveal.....!!?

Annie’s gone digital....!!
So this is the BIG purchase that was made on Saturday....
And I cannot contain my excitement...it’s an Electrolux Double Fan Digitally operated oven...
It’s so shiny I can see the reflection of the whole kitchen in it..
We’ve had the last couple of hours trying to figure out how to operate it...and do the initial cleaning...I think we got it sorted without coming ‘to blows’...
Everyone said “go with the digital Annie, you’ll be grand”. But I didn’t have great confidence in myself as I don’t consider myself techie minded ..but I think I’ll figure it...and if it does all it says it does ....!!??
I suppose a lot of people would be thinking ‘is she mad’ ....but believe me this purchase for me is as important as maybe a car purchase would be for someone else..!!
It’s taken weeks of research and checking out different appliances and I hope I’ve made a good choice...!!
I suppose time will tell and hopefully there won’t be too many ‘burnt’ or ‘underdone’ offerings in the ‘breaking in’ period..
My extra is a new Cookbook to go with it.....!!!?
