A good day

Is what she told me she'd had today. I'll take that. 

It was the head of years birthday and there were cupcakes. She shared a chocolate one and a salted caramel one with her roommate. It was the commented on part of her day...!

She did some good trying to sort out problems today- she wants to do Friday running club but hasn't managed to find it yet. Today she sought help from her 1:1, established who the teacher was in charge and worked out how to join. So hopefully, she'll manage to get there in future.

In other news, the child in that photo looks far too grown up....
