My Boy

As part of my photo story on Lilliann Vigil, I shot Lilliann and Jackson on a hike during one of their days together.

Lilliann said she and Jackson, who she affectionately calls "my boy," often go on hikes together. During the hike, Jackson tires and leans on Lilliann to ask if he can watch YouTube. Lilliann said Jackson has learned that people tend to like hugs and tries to hug her when he wants to get his way.

"He's my best friend, we hang out all the time," Lilliann said of Jackson. "Twelve hours a week, approximately."
