Look Up!

Definitely felt the comfort of nature this week, and with the sun shining again this morning I took myself over to the local woods after posting some letters, for a little wander and birdwatching time.   Did manage to see a couple of woodpeckers and long tailed tits but they were camera shy today so I had to make do with the shape of the trees instead.  So what if it gives me neckache while I look up to take a photo! Well worth the pain!

More yoga again today so really enjoying that and about to get back to my cross stitch that I've been ignoring shamefully!
