2022 Thursday — Soup, and More Soup
We have not been to see our soup Chef Stephanie for a long long time. Her soups are delicious, and we've enjoyed dozens of her flavors since 2014, but not so much recently.
So I told Mr. Fun I want to take a mini-recess from the kitchen in the next few days. One jar of Steph's soup more than fills our bellies for an evening meal. Sometimes we just have soup; sometimes we have soup and salad. All of her soups are vegan.
So we stopped at the Farmer's Market today in Morro Bay to visit Stephanie and to purchase one jar of each flavor. We bought the last jar of one of the flavors. We're planning to do the same thing this coming Monday -- a stop at her soup booth in Baywood/Los Osos. She'll have two difference flavors.
After we got our soup today, we drove a little further into Morro Bay so Chloe and Mitzi could walk us beside the bay. Some days the back bay is lovely, peaceful, and therapeutic; other days it is a stunning beauty and that is what we found there today.

One of the aspects we love about Wednesdays is that we get to attend the evening celebration at Chino Hills Calvary Chapel (and last night was so meaningful; the musical was beautiful and as always, Pastor Jack's sermon was quality, plus he is just fun — sometimes we watch it a day late if our schedule is full. Here’s the link: https://youtu.be/fc25-1qN648). But then there is Thursday...tonight we get to watch "FlashPoint" on the Victory Channel https://fb.watch/aH3-qj4yfs/ which is very meaningful. It is news that is presented in a wonderful calm cool manner, and will a distinct tone of hope. It is aired on Tuesday & Thursdays.
