Ice

Not sure how we still have power but sure am glad we do! It appears we have approximately 0.25” of ice on the trees, power lines and everything else out there. (See extras)

It was 11 am before we began to see any thawing and things are to get even colder tonight, so expect there to be black ice on the roads tomorrow.

Early this morning there was someone out drifting their car in the church parking lot across the street. Also people out on the roads before the ice had a chance to melt or the trucks had been back out to put brine down. Where were they in such a hurry to get to?!

Other than taking photos, emailing family and checking on MiniMe, I haven’t gotten much of anything done. Think it’s going to be one of those days.
