Saturday: Christmas Day

Well, I’ve done very well with the booster.  Beyond a sore arm, no side effects at all.  My colleagues described it as being hit by a truck.  I’d liken it more to being kissed by a tricycle…….

As you may recall, between Covid and a flood, we had absolutely no Christmas to speak of.  So we had our Christmas Day today. We didn’t quite stretch to presents, but I wore my Christmas onesie (don’t ask……), played Christmas music and had the dinner we missed out on.  For Christmas, P&J gave us all the ingredients for a ‘The Vancouver Cocktail’, which we also had.

In true Christmas Day fashion, we fell asleep on the sofa.  It’s now 8.30pm and all I want to do is go to bed……..
