Meet Bobbob the robin , he's a friendly chap ,  sat on my eldest son's hand but too quick to capture.
We had a fab time, tonnes of walking and lots of fresh air. We saw a  rare marsh tit, chaffinch,  numerous robins, siskins, teal ducks, shell ducks , two cormorants ( huge birds) a march harrier, pheasant ,  a magnificent ram . My all time favourite was the snipe ( the common and the jack) so well camouflaged.  They bob up and down, so cute! I released that Vienna and Rio, need a camera each. The sharing did'nt go too well with eager, frustrated wannabe photographers. Sadly the elusive bearded tit was no where to be seen but we could hear them.We ended the day in The Eagles Head pub. The food was absolutely amazing and the puddings were to die for! Will definitely visit there again.
