Another day, another sunset.
No work today (I'm not contracted to work Fridays...woohoo!) So a quiet day, mostly.
Well, no, actually. Alex and I walked out to get a car from Muirhouse (City Car Club, not chore one, jeez)
She arrived after lunch; Tom rolled in around 4 after a devious route home from school.
An early dinner as we set off for Glasgow ( Alex and I tested negative) and Scottish Cup round 4 action. Rangers v Stirling Albion. Having been incarcerated, we'd not managed to get away tickets so we battled the traffic (not usually a problem for me at football matches!) and eventually parked up and weaved our way though 37,000 others to take our seats high in the Broomloan Road stand at 2 minutes past kick off.
We lost 4-0 with Blair Currie saving a penalty and Dylan Makin threatening a consolation goal in an otherwise predictable affair.
Hey ho, I got out for the day. Time to concentrate on the league now.
